IT JUST GETS BETTER! I want SAVING FOREVER now!

After Forever (The Ever Trilogy: Book 2)

I devoured Forever & Always (Book #1) because it was just notputdownable! Then I immediately dove into After Forever (Book #2) because I had to know what happens to these character that I now LOVED. As soon as I read the first page I was hooked. Again the writing was compelling. Again, the heartache felt real. Again, the not knowing what would happen was almost too much to bear. Again, despite the circumstances the sexy was there but not in a way that is tacky. Again, I read on feeling like I was riding the ansgt roller coaster. Caden & Eden are two people thrown together by their mutual grief and love for Ever.

Who can't understand trying to find some type of comfort, trying to cope with an impossible and seemingly hopeless situation. The duality of Caden looking at Eden and thinking she looks like my wife, she sounds like my wife, maybe for a little while I can pretend. Or Eden thinking my sister has always had everything she's wanted and had it without even trying - why can't I have "this" right here, right now, even if its just for a little while.

I LIVED THIS BOOK! Every single page - every single word. I laughed, I cried and at the end, I had that spark of hope. Hope that somehow this will all work out. That we will have an HEA for these 3 characters that are now like my friends.

Jasinda's writing in After Forever is like a hauntingly beautiful piece of music. It makes a home in your heart and lingers long after the final note is heard.
