Blurb
After a series of catastrophic misunderstandings and
impulsively poor decision-making, Scarlett MacGregor finds herself once again
torn between two loves, as different as they may be. Lacking proper closure
with their relationship, accompanied by the overwhelming guilt for her role in
his devastating downfall, Scarlett resolves to help Mason recover and reclaim
his life as a budding rock star. However, now that he has finally claimed her
as his, Ash Walker is bound and determined to keep her by his side, and he will
go to any lengths necessary to do just that.
Mason Templeton has hit rock bottom. He’s in love with a girl whose heart and soul belong to another and he’s partied his way off of an international music tour that was supposed to be his big break. Returning home for rehab sounds like the worst possible way to start a new year, but when an unexpected friendship emerges, he begins to realize that maybe everything does happen for a reason.
Euphoria is the third and final installment of Scarlett, Ash, and Mason’s self-discovering journeys to happiness and understanding the meaning of true love ~ the kind that begs for complete surrender

content and harsh language.
Finally! It is
done! Scarlett finally makes a choice
between Mason and Ash. Let me say that I
was totally Team Ash. Though I don’t
think that this colored the way I feel about Euphoria. Which is totally different from how I feel
about the series as a whole.
Erin Noelle is a very good writer who is able to evoke
emotion out of a reader. Love triangles are tough – still she drew us in
without making me hate anyone’s guts.
There were times when I felt that Scarlett was being a brat but who’s to
say given the situation, that I wouldn’t react the same way.
I loved book #1 Metamorphosis. I really liked book #2 Ambrosia but was a
little frustrated by Scarlett’s inability to choose. That did not mean that I wasn’t on the hook –
because I was completely invested in the lives of these three characters. Ash is sweet and thoughtful. He loves
Scarlett and he’s not going anywhere without her. Mason is a mess. A complete and total mess. I love a comeback story so the question is
can Mason pull back from the brink. Team Mason fans will be happy to know that
yes he does!
Just when you think that everything that can happen has
happened. That everything that needed to
be said has been said. That things are
settled and now everyone can go on to find their own happy endings….you get
SMACKED in the face with a bomb.
Wanna know who was the basket case then?! ME! I didn’t know how to feel or what to
think. Needless to say, I won’t spoil it
by revealing what happened. You’ll have
to find out for yourself. Whether you
are Team Mason or Team Ash, you will be feel a certain way, you will have an
opinion and may need to a friend or two or three. Erin does give us an epilogue which ties any
remaining loose ends in a tidy little package.
Book Boyfriends Series as a whole gets 4 STARS. Euphoria was my least favorite of the series
but still gets 3.5 STARS. Without a doubt
the writing was well done. The story was
perfectly plotted to keep it moving along.
It evoked very strong feelings in me all the way through.
Knowing what I know now would I read it anyway – yes, yes
I would. Reviews and opinions are
subjective things so I invite you to find out yourself.
Excerpt
He
strummed the guitar a few times, making sure it was in tune before he began. As
soon as he played the opening chords, I hissed in a breath of air between my
teeth as my heart plummeted into my stomach, realizing the song he was playing
was indeed for me. I was frozen in place, my eyes still fixated on the amber
liquid in the glass in front of me, my throat had a golf ball-sized sob lodged
into it, and my heart at a dead standstill; every word he sang ripped deeper
and deeper into my soul. The entire bar was silent, watching him in awe, as he
performed the song better than the original artist, his voice saturated with
sadness and sorrow. As he whispered the last “And you let her go,” I finally
pulled my gaze up to look at him. He was staring directly at meand then said in
a low whisper the five words that cut me deeper than I ever thought possible.
“I’m letting you go, Angel.” ~Scarlett
