Jenn's Review
I’m not one that will normally read a romance that isn’t set
in current/present times. I would just have a difficult time getting into the
story. However, The Bed Wife Chronicles intrigued me and I thought it was time
to step out of my comfort zone. Since you've probably read the synopsis, I'm not going to make you read it again. And, I definitely don't want to give anything away with the plot.
As soon as I started reading, I was involved in the story.
Suzanna grabbed me with her descriptions of the land, of the people and even
the décor of the castle. Although this is a novella and a quick read, a lot was
packed into this little package!
I already have my favorite characters and one that I detest.
Pretty sure your skin will crawl when you meet him, just like mine did. I am
looking forward to reading more in this series and I don’t say that often when
it comes to books set in the past! I have become invested in Baylin and Luana
and I know it isn’t going to be an easy road for them.
