Finally! I was so excited to get my hands on the conclusion
to Locked and Lockout!! I’m going to have to be careful to not give anything
away! I guess I should say at this point, if you haven’t read Lockout, DO IT
NOW!!
The last few weeks I’ve been talking about how much I have
enjoyed having some suspense added to my romance. Unlocked DID NOT disappoint!
If you did read Lockout then you know how it ended and I felt like I’d been
punched in the stomach! I kept trying to turn the page and nothing was there!!
So I have now finished Unlocked and I am happy to say I loved it! Maya Cross
took me on a wild ride of murder, intrigue and HOT SEX. You know what else?
Book 3 is longer than the first two and we also get a glimpse into Sebastian’s
mind, from his POV.
I’m glad that all my questions were answered but just when
you thought the story could be ending, BOOM! We get more jaw-dropping moments!!
Several times I found myself saying, “I did not see that coming.” Sure, I may
have thought I could figure out what was going on, but I was wrong on all
counts!!
I hope you enjoy this series as much as I did and I am
really looking forward to reading more from Maya!! 4.5/5!!

Maya Cross is a writer who enjoys making
people blush. Growing up with a mother who worked in a book store, she read a
lot from a very young age, and soon enough picked up a pen of her own. She’s
tried her hands at a whole variety of genres including horror, science fiction,
and fantasy, but funnily enough, it was the sexy stuff that stuck. She has now
started this pen name as an outlet for her spicier thoughts (they were starting
to overflow). She likes her heroes strong but mysterious, her encounters
sizzling, and her characters true to life.
She believes in writing familiar narratives
told with a twist, so most of her stories will feel comfortable, but hopefully
a little unique. Whatever genre she's writing, finding a fascinating concept is
the first, and most important step.
