***Blog Tour Stop with Bonus Scene and Giveaway*** Full Disclosure (Nice Guys Novel) by Kindle Alexander

Synopsis
Deputy United States Marshal Mitch Knox apprehends fugitives for a living. His calm, cool, collected attitude and devastatingly handsome good looks earn him a well-deserved bad boy reputation, both in the field and out. While away on an assignment, he blows off some steam at a notorious Dallas nightclub. Solving the case that has plagued him for months takes a sudden backseat to finding out all there is to know about the gorgeous, shy blond sitting alone at the bar.

Texas State Trooper Cody Turner is moving up the ranks, well on his way to his dream of being a Texas Ranger. While on a two-week mandatory vacation, he plans to relax and help out on his family’s farm. Mitch is the last distraction Cody needs, but the tatted up temptation that walks into the bar and steals his baseball cap is too hard to ignore.

As Mitch’s case gains nationwide attention, how will he convince the sexy state trooper that giving him a chance won’t jeopardize his life’s plan...especially when the evil he’s tracking brings the hate directly to his doorstep, threatening more than just their careers.

Cody’s First Apartment

“Let me handle the negotiations,” Sheila said, pulling in front of the downtown Austin high-rise Cody had been looking at for a while now. “Don’t act too interested. Keep it cool. Find fault with the place. Maybe we can get the rent lowered or free parking or something.”
“I called already. I think the price is set,” Cody eased out of the passenger side of Sheila’s little sport’s car. Every time he rode in this car he felt like a packed sardine. He knees were just almost pressed against his chest.
“Nothing’s set in stone,” she said, high heels clicking against the polished marble floor as she made her way to the door marked office.  “Remember what I said.”
Sheila rushed in first, letting the door shut in his face. He hid the smile. His sister was in her business- take- no-prisoners mode! By the time he got inside, the apartment manager had pulled out her keys and his sister and the manager were walking out the back door.
Cody followed behind checking out the clubhouse and work-out room. Those were important to him. He listened as the manager talked about the swimming pool and the 14th floor as well as some of the perks like valet parking if the lot was full and Starbucks coffee served every morning on the way out. They took the elevator up and Sheila stayed all business. For Cody the decision was a no-brainer, he was in, he’d just have to be more conservative with his money. He wanted the place when he read the description on the website. This place was the exact opposite of the farm and threw him almost downtown on one of the busiest and best streets in the city.
“The one bedrooms are small, but come with granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom,” the manager said opening up the front door to the apartment. Cody entered the apartment taking in the hardwood floors and a fresh coat of paint on the walls.
“Very nice.”  He’d always wanted a place in town, but wasn’t sure he could afford it. This was a big step. Cody was in the process of second guessing his finances, when he spotted the large windows all along the back wall. He smiled, if he’d had any doubts, that breathtaking view of the Austin skyline sealed the deal. This was home.
“Oh my God!” Sheila said, walking inside. “Cody! Oh my God. You’ve got to have this place. I see leather sofas and that cool black kitchen table from pier one.” Cody smiled and shook his head as he looked at the manager. So much for acting like you don’t want it and her shrewd negotiating skills.
“Get in here! Look at this bedroom! You can see the whole view of downtown,” Sheila squealed excitedly from the other room.
“It looks like I want it,” he winked as he passed by the manager causing her to giggle.
“We can have the papers written up in about fifteen minutes.”
“Good,” Cody laughed, “because I think my sister’s already started decorating for me.”

OK, first of all, I fell in love with Kindle’s work several books ago. Since then, I’ve lost myself in each one and barely came up for air! I can’t remember when I became a fan of m/m, one day I just was. And, I haven’t looked back since.
One of the reasons that I love to read her books are her descriptions. They are always just right. I’m NEVER left wondering if she’s ever going to stop and it’s enough that I can see it playing out in my head. And, did you take a look at the cover?!? She certainly knows what she’s doing. With that said, anytime I see a chance to read one of Kindle’s books, I jump at the chance then maybe go back and read the blurb. But, that’s usually after the fact.
Now onto Mitch and Cody… We met Mitch in Double Full and I liked him immediately. In case you don’t remember, he helped Jace and Colt with an issue. Well, that issue is front and center with Mitch but he’s gotten nowhere fast and really needs to solve this case before more people are injured, possibly even killed.
I absolutely loved the first time they meet in the bar. It’s funny and soooo sexy. Mitch certainly has his work cut out for him with Cody. They know it isn’t going to be easy. And they both have plenty to lose if they don’t keep their mind on their jobs. There is a lot at stake for both of them.
Another thing about this book. It has added suspense that I really wasn’t expecting. I love that! You’re with Mitch while he works the case and I so wanted to see this person get what they deserve. You’ll have to read it, of course, to see if that happens. And, you’re with Cody at other times. I really felt the urge to jump in the book and give this guy a hug! Both guys were awesome and they had me laughing several times throughout the book. I highly recommend Full Disclosure, especially if you loved Double Full.

MeetTheAuthor
Best Selling Author Kindle Alexander is an innovative writer, and a genre-crosser who writes classic fantasy, romance, suspense, and erotica in both the male/male and male/female genres. It's always a surprise to see what's coming next!

I live in the suburbs of Dallas where it's true, the only thing bigger than an over active imagination, may be women's hair!

Usually, I try for funny. Humor is a major part of my life - I love to laugh, and it seems to be the thing I do in most situations - regardless of the situation, but jokes are a tricky deal... I don't want to offend anyone and jokes tend to offend. So instead I'm going to tell you about Kindle.

I tragically lost my sixteen year old daughter to a drunk driver. She had just been at home, it was early in the night and I heard the accident happen. I'll never forget that moment. The sirens were immediate and something inside me just knew. I left my house, drove straight to the accident on nothing more than instinct. I got to be there when my little girl died - weirdly, I consider that a true gift from above. She didn't have to be alone.

That time in my life was terrible. It's everything you think it would be times about a billion. I love that kid. I loved being her mother and I loved watching her grow into this incredibly beautiful person, both inside and out. She was such a gift to me. To have it all ripped away so suddenly broke me.

Her name was Kindle. Honest to goodness - it was her name and she died a few weeks before Amazon released their brand new Kindle ereader. She had no idea it was coming out and she would have finally gotten her name on something! Try finding a ruler with the name Kindle on it.. It never happened.

Through the course of that crippling event I was lucky enough to begin to write with a dear friend in the fan fiction world of Facebook. She got me through those dark days with her unwavering support and friendship. There wasn't a time she wasn't there for me. Sometimes together and sometimes by myself, we built a world where Kindle lives and stands for peace, love and harmony. It's its own kind of support group. I know without question I wouldn't be here today without her.
